Only 8% occupancy, AC DD express which is meant to carry much larger number of paxs than the normal trains is carrying just 50 passengers which can be accommodated in a big bus! It is funny to expect patronage for train which was stopped due to poor patronage at normal fares, to attract passengers at special/ higher fares. Does IR want to help itself out of mess or indirectly helping its competitors?
