Almost 2 and half months and no change in waiting list. What are chances to change in 9 days?
Everybody predicting "Confirm" but now just 2 days left to cancel. Will it real confirm?

I was doing more research.
Pooled quota of this train/stations is atleast 80 seats (For 14-March-2017 it shows 80 available)
Now my booking status is PQWL 10 which means when I booked the ticket - atleast 90 (80+10) had booked the ticket.
Now if I try to book a new ticket right now then it shows waitlist 108 booking status and 70 as current...

Nobody has idea? Why there is no cancellation in 2 and half months?
Shud I go for tatkal? Which means loss of 300-350Rs.

Its strange that no ticket is cancelled even in 48hr window when normally people rush to cancel the tickets.
Anyone can say if it will be really confirmed? Like atleast 90% chance?
