As a standard procedure, inflammable substances are not allowed to be stored/ kept near the welding spot.
Loss of EMU coaches is a direct consequence of negligence, welders have to be properly trained about safety and their supervisor have to ensure that the safety rules are being taken care of.
Thank God, there was no loss of life.
