You had options to take day train for SPJ/MFP today
15235 to SPJ, 15047 to MFP is better option. From there you have better and safe connections.
However ticket in 15047 can be issue but may available up to BJU in some class.
For Bus you may get Bus from Mithapur but be careful it's Midnight.
