When the Chart will be prepared for 12 Feb ? (Boarding from Surat)
I am travelling with 2 Senior Citizen, both got upper birth seats. I want to know whether it will be upgraded to lower birth during chart preparation ? ( I have booked ticket through Station Counter)

3 hours prior 2 departure of train 4m particular station 4m which u r having reservation
Chart is generally prepared 3 hrs before departure of train. As you have already have confirmed tickets and have been already allotted berths, they will not be changed after preparation of chart. You have to request some co-passengers to exchange seats.
