more... (my parents, my bro and me) set out for our trip. We took a cab and we started at 06:35 PM from our home. (Baruipur)
07:00 PM: Cab was running at good speed. Was approaching towards Parama Fly over.
07:30 PM: Got struck at Circus Ave traffic jam.
07:55 PM: Just crossing near Eden Gardens.
08:10 PM: OMG! Again huge traffic jam at Strand Road. ( From Fairly Place to Howrah Bridge)
08:18 PM: No inches moved. Only 37 minutes left)
08:20 PM: We got down from cab and planned to reach HWH by Ferry. The real adventure was yet to come.
08:25 PM: OMG!! Ferry Service was unavailable. ( only 30 minutes left)
08:30 PM: We started running. ( My mom having a surgery 2.5 months ago)
08:38 PM: We thought that we could not make it. Feeling very bad. I was just praying to Maa Tara & Lord Jagannath. We found a taxi and got into it. Huge Traffic jam
was still there. Do-or-die match. But the driver said he surely could make it.
08:45 PM: was entering Howrah Bridge. We lost our hopes.
08:49 PM: Running through HWH bridge. From the bridge, the Howrah station clock showed 20:49. Train was at Pf 20.
08:52 PM: Reached near station. A coolie came. He was the real saviour. We were just running behind him.
08:55 PM: Reached near our coach (AB1). Signal turned into Green. The staffs were closing the Luggage van door. We somehow managed to board the train.
The train departed after few seconds.
Can not forget the moment.....
