Probably these sections come under the low literacy, hugely populated, high level of crimes area in India.
Low literacy ? All done by Students. One of the most unruly section of Bihar.
This attitude is very old and developed during JP movement when students were used to assist politicians.

This happens only in danapur division from jhajha to mgs via Patna buxar is the worst as pax enter in reservation compartment forcefully occupied the seats and pull the chain as now a days whenever I travel from Kolkata to Punjab I avoid going by this section as prefer grand chord is the best as less time take to reach mgs plus shortcut
