Well i think that Entire ER is taking out its frustrations on yuva which it gave them before when it used to run before rajdhanis as it made all zonal managers do all the hard work.Now duronto is duronto and yuva is merely a superfast like others.So they have to do some work for duronto now that fares have also increased.So duronto is not that much late,hardly by 2 hours at max and rarely between 2-3 hours.But yuva on other hand...what can i say.They can atleast increase the travel time of yuva because it will never run on time like this.See today yuva gave all the respect to khana station and so kept standing there for 30 mins or so and smiles came on faces of ER as they now got solid reason to delay this train.
Sad Thing!! Change has to be brought they cannot do such!!!! I will definitely tweet if possible you also do it!! even Sanjeev Singh ji is also concerned and these two trains should get back their glory days back!!!
When it comes to "can" there are a lot of options. Please do not get me wrong, I am not mocking but giving my view.
Either they can increase travel time of Yuva (which will defy their Mission Raftaar and seems impossible).
Or they can run it with correct and better controlling.

If you are ready to believe, I want to inform that once you keep tweeting about this too much, they will stop responding tweets. This has happened with me. Now they do not even reply if I complain about wrong reporting in NTES or coach indicators not working. And I believe you forgot HD as one of the most ignored trains of ER.
Somewhere I guess that amidst of all these congestion, NCR might have to keep interests of politicians or officials to run specific trains on time. Now with congestion, entertaining these requests and then trying to run all trains on time is difficult. The very fact that they do not respond and just CLOSE the CASE proves that they know...
