This time might be true because of mayor elections ,let's hope for best
Decisions like railway zone I'll not have much impact on local body elections and 60% of voters are concerned of local issues which ate pertaining to masses and administration.
Its not with every local body. Vizag has more vote bank with railway zone issue.
