Mumbai Suburban system is already stretched to limits. No substantial improvement is possible unless the dedicated (5th & 6th) lines for the long distance trains on BCT-VR, CSTM-Kalyan is completed along with third track upto DahanuRd, Kasara, Khopoli and additional harbour line corridor.
