In Kerala, parking yard @ major stations like ERS, ERN, AWY, KTYM etc are handled by women's Self Help Group called 'Kudumbasree'. They are doing a good job at these places.
Earlier there used to be loads of complaints against the contractor handling railway parking. Once 'Kudumbasree' stepped in, matters have really improved.
