BULB Line is a very costly program .
Instead construction 3rd & 4th line from Gopalpatnam RRI cabin & Simhachalam Railway station and 4 platforms on Gnanapuram side will suffice ..

I don't think they I'll add more platforms towards gnanapuram 3rd and 4th is a solution for faster movement of trains. Even if bulb line is constructed which I'll require laying new track for 10 km cost I'll be huge and time I'll not be saved much. 10 min reduction in halt timings I'll be gone in running time in bulb direction with low MPS.
