premium dont exist now ... all converted to suvidha.
and is there ckwl in premium ?

Premium Tatkal seat remain empty then preference goes to CKWL.
if PT seats are left vacant then those seats are alloted to CKWL and if still their are more seats vacant then it is alloted to GNWL.
