5,000 crore for a project just to eliminate 12 level crossings between Kamakhya and New Guwahati appears to be a very high amount. Many questions arise
Does it include development of GHY RS into international standards?
If not, then spending such a huge amount, what shall be benefits? shall they justify the heavy investment?
