I tried what you said and found out that there is no bug.
I went to page of WDP4B 40085
I clicked on add train
I got page which very clearly said Attach WDP-4B-40085 to train

Anyways I think that this option may be removed altogether because as per site policy we canot add specific loco number to a train.
Right, and now add a train in this page from station X to station Y, which you might have seen with this loco. Ok?
Now you will be expecting that this train will get added here in this loco page. Right?
But I am 100% certain, that it's not gonna happen. Instead, this specific loco (with this road number) will get added in that particular train page. And that's where the problem is, because it's against the policy.

Sir then how can it be a bug...Page is very very clearly telling that it will add specific loco number.
If page was not telling this clearly then it could be a bug or a case of misleading info.
PS - Iam assuming that blogger who is doing TL update would be aware of site rules for adding locos.

Are bhai. Here I am simply looking for the different trains which this particular loco has hauled, and NOT what are the different locos which have hauled this train. Yeh button ka matlab hai ki is specific loco ne kaunsa kaunsa train ke sath tha, aur us traino ka list is page mein hi rehna chahiye. Lekin, uske jagah is loco direct us train ke page mein add ho raha hai. Mujhe loco ke page mein us traino ka list chahiye, woh train ke page mein yeh loco nahi. And this is the problem.
