more... was great and I enjoyed totally the travel in 12623 from KPD to CBE. And personally this is the first time I am travelling in mail to CBE. The fastest in the stretch !!!, we had to visit Tirupati and I intentionally booked in mail from KPD to CBE to experience the rattling star, we took a cab from TPTY and reached KPD by 21:30, i was noting the movement of 12623 from MAS and it was late by 25 mins, when i reached KPD station it was just 10 mins for the train to arrive on platform no 1, we had tickets in S8 3,5,7. It was a P7 from RPM doing honours for the mail, it had a steam loco kind of horn. Mail arrived at 21:40 late by 25 mins at KPD. We boarded our coach, within few minutes TTE came and checked the tickets, which was followed by patrolling RPF officers, they warned my mother about chain snatchers and asked us to be cautious. Within this time the train gained top speed and was cruising in MPS. From my personal point this is the top speedster in MAS-CBE stretch I was not able to sleep for even a minute, the coach wobbled like anything every now and then, i felt the wheel was coming off the tracks, continuous MPS action, i mean till CBE. Was spot on entry into CBE at 2:47 am. For the first time in my life I have travelled flat 5 hours from KPD to CBE. Many passengers got down at CBE which showed that there is good patronage. If i get a chance again I will surely take this rattling star.
