Yes it is sure that this ovrtk not hlp kalka mail much, but it increas the delay of 12562 and it may troll s.krnti till gaya or more

ALD to NCR hai jo MPS/legend/home zone (in in own terms) ko prefer karta hai while MGS in GC section has only 1 condition Halts. If no halts its rampant, if many halts then overtakes.
Basically, NCR is messed up. Since, they have an excuse of congestion, they do whatever they want. We have seen NCR treating Kalka Mail badly, as well.
