Then how is it possible that it is seen with WAP4 of SRC or MGS in Odisha ?? May b due to loco change at Kgp..

7th November ke din toh BLS Mein v WAP7 k saath dikha tha... Both 22823 and 22812.. 8th Nov se 11th tak Wap4 k saath dikh raha hai... Filhaal aaj kya mila nai pata..
