Time is really bad for the genuine passengers, because the shortage of new currency notes shall be there till 30 December unless got take necessary steps.
Most of the hoarders of black money are employing the labour class/ their servants to stand in queues in banks and get their Rs. 4500/- old currency notes (black money) converted into the new currency note in exchange of an amount of Rs 200-Rs1000.
Even middle men are highly active for the purpose of supplying labour to mint money.

A person can exchange only one time 4000 to 4500 rupees notes ,now banks are not asking them if they are coming again and again but after 24 november rbi will check the IDs which people are submitting during the exchange time and if they will find that one person exchanged notes more than one times then scrutiny will be done and if a person exchanged notes more than 5 times or 4 times I don't know then income tax will inquire about them.
Black money holders also are submitting their money in jan dhan accounts and their servant's account but after 30 december government,rbi and income tax will check every account.
