Do you know how risky it is to climb a moving vehicle ? Just because of the ticket less travelers , do u want to risk the life of a TTE in the name of checking?

Stop at stations and check the passengers by TTE by using Ladders.
In Our Tamilnadu ,Madurai district, Usilampatti area bus Conductors are perfectly collect money and issue tickets to the roof travellers in the outskirts of the town .They stopped the bus and after full collection only ,whisled to the driver to start the bus.
