In RJ Hindi is the regional lang, so we write once.
for MH, its Marathi , which is different in writing , so we add separately.

yes, we try to maintain, but u also there will some variation with person to person perception.
I had seen that entry , didnt void, coz u didnt know about the rules clearly, (like this entry also).
Some tlm keep such entries WL only, some Void them.
