This Home platform avoids climbing of Foot Over Bridges for all and especially for aged one,heart patience ,artherities and women.

Mambalam Station Western Side Home Platform has many benefits for elders. Heartfelt congrats to SR.
So i requested our Southern Railway,Chennai that from Chengalpat to Chennai Beach ,all the intermediate stations shall be provided with Home platforms in the Western side of all the stations towards Chengalpat to Beach section.
The passengers exit and entry time also reduced considerable in these Home platforms comfortably without climbing FOR. This facilitates No more Foot Over Bridges construction/costly escalator installations in the sub urban stations .
Since these Home platforms act as Double discharge platforms ,the train running time in this section also reduced considerably and facilitate introduction of further additional trains.
