Let us see, what happens on 1.2.17 when general budget is presented.
If there is reduction in transparency, i.e. all the IR budget documents, plans, pink book, out come budget etc info are not publicized, then the real intentions are really dubious.
If the transparency is maintained or increased, net allocation by Central Govt to IR increases and provisions are made to motivate IR to perform well, policy is made to speed up IR projects, giving more autonomy etc we can believe that the intentions of govt regarding merger of RB...
