Indian railways should order enquiry about this train derailment and take immediately action against those railways employees which cannot doing their job with responsibility. Also those railways officials employees which cannot do their job of maintenance of railway tracks should immediately terminate from the railway job.
Nothing will come out of this enquiry. Railways knows that this is their own fault and they will only try to cover it up.The reasons for accident will be associated with nature , fog ,etc which are beyond human control. Nothing else.
I have doubt about this train derailment is it conspiracy for getting vote by uttarpadesh state govt for blaming centre govt.
2nd Points this trains derailment happens because of railways employees who cannot doing their job of maintenance of railway tracks is responsible for this train derailment. So Indian railways should take immediate strict action against those railways employees who is responsible

very sad incident happened near Kanpur.Proper enquiry to be conducted why this train got derailed in night on speed&accused should not be left.Railway to work hard on safety,this is the area where

Literally speaking of the IR officials, IR usually haves its cake and eat it too.
Use IR for earning salary and exploit it to cover faults and inefficiencies.
Practically speaking for the officials, IR has become a personal fiefdom.
