So it was all JHS's Staff fault after all, their laziness killed more than 110 innocent passenger. I'm not 100% sure if this news is true but I consider it one of the reason for what happened in Kanpur.
Jhansi is famous for their irresponsible behavior, in summers when AC of trains stop working, they make the depart train towords GWL/BPL/CNB/ALD for repairs.

A request to Indian Railways, please never run a Talgo/Gatimaan like train at 150kmph+ via JHS.

Its very difficult to run trains in temperature sensitive Western UP,Rajasthan etc areas where there is huge diff in temp in day & night especially this time of the yr, metals will expand & shrink as per their physical properties during temperature fluctuation..If wheel lock isnt the cause then definitely shrinking of tracks followed by breakage is the only probable cause which is also quite common this time.

The LP reported an issue regarding some weird sound coming from the wheels, staff at JHS told him to take the train till Kanpur and it will be fixed there.
JHS staff could've fixed the issue but they ignored.
When train was running at a speed of 110kmph a sound came from the OHE cable and the LP applied emergency brakes which caused the Derailment.
