Many complaints regarding the bribes demanded by TTEs for allotting a reserved berth en-route, and allowing free travel even in ac coaches for short journeys
(5) Problems at Rly Parcel booking office like thefts, overloading, etc
(6) Every day complain of reservation office clerks hand in gloves with touts.
(7) Maximum number of complaints made before CVC pertains to Rly ministry than any other ministry/ all banks taken together.
(8) Last but not the least,the kind of complacency towards the safety of trains/passengers
Above all indicates that a surgical strike is badly needed for cleansing of IR.
