I will say, it clearly shows one thing that even though we did improvement in many areas since independence but Basic things like Tracks and other has still not changed. If i have to make people responsible its all Railway Minister till date. Cant blame Prabhu for this. Also lets be practical none of the railway minister gave importance to Safety. It will be idioticity to think if we will think Prabhu will change everything in 2 years. What can be done is step by step overhauling of all the tracks and it will take minimum 10 years. Please keep in mind if they will stop all sections in once their will be chaos.
