what spl.changes have been made to convt this train to a sf?
does it rwally qualify?

yes i knw that...when u have other sf here like 12933 which are way better
i think similar cade with lokshakti

Thanks to the then Rail Minister, Lalu Prasad Yadav who reduced the average speed benchmark from 60 km/hr to 55 km/hr so be classified as a super Fast train.
