mere kehne ka matlab ye h sir ki 2017 me 12 months hote h, agar 2017 end me ICF band karenge to koi matlab nhi h, LHB pe shift karna h to ICF ka production abhi band krdena chahye, maanta hu thodi dikkat hogi but kuch time me sab sudhar jayega
As far as I can understand " production of ICF coaches will last upto DEC 2016".
It will be best for railways if they stop the production of ICF in Dec 2016.
And now time has yhat railway should start giving LHB to zones other than NR, specially long distance trains should now be given LHB first

yehi hai sir ji news ke hisab se 1 Jan 2017 se sirf LHB hi banega ab ICF band kuch samay ke baad ICF kewal history ho jaegi kyonki tab ham apne purane videos ko hi dekh payenge naye to LHB me hongi :P
