Presenting a faster version of the Sabari Express from Kochuveli to Hyderabad....It will start from KCVL as soon as pit line work is done.
This speed up is very much possible and the train can conviniently run with this schedule...
This is the only train to Kerala and Coimbatore,Erode,Katpadi from Hyderabad so it deserves a speed up...
Please note:The train does not Overtake/Get overtaken
...
by VSKP-LTT express...you can check the schedule for 18519 if u want..
Please green flag the train if u like and any suggestions are welcome.......

I think max of 30 min will be removed if speeded up....because to decrease 1h 15 min...it will require priority like TVC MAS Mail,Kovai SF...from SRR-ED we have MAQ-MS exp in front which is a super crawler....and we also have raptisagar clash bet GDR and TEL if speeded up....This schedule would suffice....it is fast enough...All i want is return 17230 should be speeded up with same timings as 17229.....17230 is the king of slack.....even if it gets overtaken by both Raptisagar series and YPR-HWH SF bet TEL and GDR...it would still reach on time at all stations starting from GDR...

No difference with the existing Sabari.. Don't understand the need for this train.

I designed this train before the announcement of speed up of sabari...About 2 years ago or so in my previous account..../train/32381/1009/834 would be the train....

Very true Dan. There is also political reasons for this as you know. We now have 7 stops between Karunagapalli to Kottayam in a span of 70 KMS! This is too much for a long distance train. See the stops - Karunagapalli, Kayamkulam, Mavelikkara, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanassery & Kottayam.
Have seen some fights in few forums where there is heated debate that a person from Tiruvalla cannot imagine to travel mere 8 or 9 kms and take train from Changanassery (district changes!!) This is an issue for almost all trains in Kerala in TVC-KTYM. How can we speed up trains.
