I feel TN LHBfication is unlikely. It's a 24 coacher and they will loose UR coaches once converted. SR had a less than desirable experience when they did that to Pandiyan express.
TVC mail was expected that it will get lhb rakes in 2015 but still I didn't get so HA1 might be for TVC mail, just a guess :)
