Do u think that government's decision to stop ICF rake production completely by 2017 feasible considering the financial crisis of IR??They have stated that IR would shift to LHB coaches by 2017
ICF can consider producing LHB rakes from 2018 . They should not stop producing conventional rakes although they can reduce the amount of such rakes produced . Considering the crisis that IR faces , they cannot LHBfy all the trains within 2 years . So conventional coaches are required for atleast 10 more years
Yeah..in that case ICF has to expand its plant for production of LHB rakes,The current plant can only produce very few LHB rakes and may eventually lose competition..So its high time that ICF starts concentrating on LHB rakes and as you said it will take a lot of time to replace the current system..Feasibility is highly questionable still
