Driver heard sound becaz sound came from just behind engibe coach , if same happened in b/n 10-15 coaches would he have heard that loud noise i dont think so
Paxs would have pulled chain , driver might have applied emergency brakes ,who knows train would have derailed

Bhai you forgot last time also same incidents like this happened in this Akp-Scm belt but loco pilot's didn't ignore them they were cautious. They must be appreciated.
