Depends on whether surge is there b4 chart preparation. For instance today Ndls-BKSC will be surge free while Ndls-RNC will be surged price provided seats remain vacant in 3A. In 2A both will be suregd as of today. If u have to travel today book now make surr u select Auto upgradation. So that even if u pay surge say upto RNC atleast u migh be upgraded so it will pinch slightly less.
