4 hour rule is not a strict rule and + - 30 min ma happen
also some trains have charting 10 hour before and some have 2 hour before.... so 4 hour rule cannot be followed blindly.

Agree Sir I M Updating Only train From Originating Station of all train
The 10 hour thing happens to those trains departing at Morning timing and Charting get done at 10 to 12 hours Before
I m just updating the timing between 12.00 to 23.55 all the rest timing is hypothetical according to me.
So I M not updating...
