Some of the Garib Rath express fares running between major cities like YPR-SC, YPR-KCVL, BCT-NZM, MAS-NZM should be made on par with 3A, IR is blindly subsidising the rich in such sectors.
not sure it will work out well. all these cities are major cities with airports, and the increase in fare will remove the only premise by which IR can compete with airways i.e. lower fares.
This can however be done in other GR's which run along major towns but which don't have airport nearby.
