When I had prepared the TT of this train as per TAAG 2016 data for the Up & Dn direction then I had added these notes since DHN, MGS & LKO in spite of being regular commercial stoppages can and may 'also' act as technical halts for this train. Things like crew change and supply replenishment at these stations may give them 'technical halt' status even when reservations are possible. What say ? :o
