very good run today. Covered more than 2 hrs from NGP to VSKP.

might be but, their freight more in KK , Raipur section from VSKP. RJY-VSKP is not having issues with freight and also after AKP the fright section has its own network. DVD - VSKP has almost dedicated Passenger tracks. From GPT cabin to VSKP only passenger trains has its tracks freight wont run.
ECoR mainly says more issues with maintenance when it comes to vizag trains. They always say PM, SM is not possible. LHB Maintenance is not possible at VSKP or PF is not enough. Mostly issues related to VSKP station they say.

even the DVD-BZA section too has good amount of freight traffic which one can observe when we travel along the route...you can find freight standing in main/loop in most of the stations waiting for signal and the trains made to skip the statoins via loops ...
they cant put the pythons/goods rakes in the loop but because of the fact that the goods if halted on the Loops is causing losses compared to the goods standing on the main line as per IR ...

Then they should develop DVD like that! Its on Ecor will but they are more concentrated for frieghts. I have seen there this, they need to overcome whatever hurdle is coming!!
ECoR is not having much freight traffic in BZA region. BZA-SLO we will find more freight traffic as Kakinada port will get more from down south.
DVD - BZA 3 rd line announced, mostly its works may start in a year or 2. Also Kotipalli - Narsapur line works will start along with Gudivada - Bhimavaram doubling. So plans are there increase in the capacity but things are not moving as expected.

Its just the mind set of the people. There is a huge regional differences between Telugu - Odiya which you can understand if you talk to native Vizag people. As long as it wont change nothing great will happen to VSKP.
