If rake was to be inspected at Delhi by RM then it should be directly sent from MCF Rae Bareilly to Delhi.
Why was it first sent to Gorakhpur & then Delhi?
Why was it kept at Gorakhpur since 15th November to 3rd December?
Mismanagement or for getting publicity?
