Here you are right but RM also has a point to call this a ''Progress Report''. All these data are not his own, these are official data which can be reconfirmed by filing an RTI so any Minister will not do a blunder to propagate false and forged statistics. Second, you and I may disagree that he hasn't done anything substantial in the field of Passenger safety or improving punctuality etc. but no one can deny this that under the current Rail Minister Cleanness in trains & Railway Premises has improved exponentially. Even My MFP Jn. looks Clean Yar....
