PT doesnt mean Premium Train. It means Premium Tatkal, which has nothing ti do with punctuality & number of halts.
If it has good rush IR will try to en cash as much as possible by PT Quota.

Yes but premium tatkal is for popular mostly daily trains. Except for too many halts this train has better punctuality than 13005
I Wonder If Anyone Would Prefer "POINT TO POINT" Travel By This Train
