nither any surcharge nor it will be in future...!! thats a far more diffirent thing that 2.5% tax is back on card swipings... but it is applicable to current a/c holders and not the govt officials... or organisations...!!

i said current a/c because the person who has the swipe machine has to pay the tax and not the one whose card is swiped whether savings or current a/c... thats why these days some of the filling stations are not accepting card payment....as previously before demonetisation this tax was max 1.67% upto Rs. 20000 but now its fixed and stable at 2.5%. and relax any government related authority who is using this cashless device of any kind will not charge any tax from its user..!! except bookings made via private wallets such as Paytm Mobikwik Freecharge etc....
