Words cannot describe the excellent service this train provides to its travellers.
Food - Pretty tasty food, packed in an hygienic manner (as per IR standards). But above all the food provided is wholesome. Non Veg Lunch in AC 2 Tier included the following :
Chicken Curry (Tasty gravy and 2 big pieces of chicken), Aloo Curry, Dal (Again, found it pretty nice) Rice, Paranthas, Pickle and Curd.

Bread butter and both cutlets and omelettes for breakfast and they were of good quality as well.
Train Run - Experienced an awesome run from Howrah to Durg. The train arrived almost each station 2-3 minutes early, thanks to decent controlling.
Coach - My coach was A1 which was a 2004 made, freshly POHed coach with one charging point in the coop and one for the side
Cleanliness - Very clean indeed ! Maintenance was superb

Getting reservations in AC Classes is easier for 12101/12102/12151/12152 due to 9 AC Coaches !!
