I want to go to Mahabaleswar of Maharastra ( near Satara) .. Will you suggest the best train from Hyderabad & advise me where to stay for two days to enable me to visit temples of WAI..

By Train. While Wathar (60 km) is the nearest railway station from Mahabaleshwar. The most accessible and convenient one would be at Pune. You can take a bus or a taxi from Pune to Mahabaleshwar.
Best trains i would recommend from Hyderabad for pune
1. 12026/Secunderabad - Pune Shatabdi Express.
2. 12220/Secunderabad - Mumbai LTT AC Duronto Express.
3. 12702/Hyderabad- Mumbai Hussain Sagar SF Express (PT)

the advantage of getting off at Pune means that he will also be able to view temples at Wai without any detour as the road to M'baleshwar from Pune via Pasrani Ghat goes through Wai itself :)
Also, quota for Pune in Mumbai bound trains isn't very good, so Shtb is probably the only good bet.
