They can run KYQ-DBrT HS as RSA. Else another HS if they allot they use rotate it for more utilization.

Good Idea,But no such remote route present to serve on Weekly basis.Only option is to have a Kamakhya-Kolkata-Kamakhya but would not be able to cover in such a short time.
But Kamakhya-Dibrugarh is currently served by 2 Intercities and Overnight Rajdhani regularly and there are other weeklies as well.So there is rather no scope of that sector.It can do a Weekly Kamakhya-Silchar-Kamakhya,which is a completely new untapped sector but again that weekly service is not enough to cater.
Actually this rake will have to stay idle in Kamakhya only.Very less TAT
