North India m trns isiliye late hoti h kyuki yaha zones trns ko merit k hisaab se preference nhi dete balki ye apne zones ki trns ko preference dete h bhale wo hr dusre stns pr rukti ho,aur dusre zones ki trns ko outer/stns pr rok dete h bhale wo nonstop ho,aisa WCR/SCR m nhi hota isiliye waha trns late nhi hoti
