i think some problem going in site. The PNR status hardly or never show in this site. moderator need to rectify this issue.

Pl. elaborate on the statement "I am getting all status". You would not know the PNR number of the PNR which is not refreshing, to be able to check; so you would not be able to advance the claim. During peak times, the Govt. site is slow. Some PNRs refresh quickly and others take repeated attempts or will work intermittently.
