How long has the train you were travelling in been detained at a station or a station outer. This apart from the scheduled halt period. Mention the train and the station and the reason (if known) in the comments section.

Ispat express at Bamra railway station due to engine failure. The detention time is 1 to 2 hours.
Twice..Once with 12420 Gomti express at PHAPHUND..10 trains overtook us..Including CNB shatbdi and all Rajdhanis..

1) 12303 Poorva exp stranded on Sangam Bridge btn NYN-ALD for 1.5 hrs long. I slept when it got stranded der. When I woke up I saw dat d LP has given d honk for departure frm der n dat was after 1.5 hrs.
2) 12381 Poorva exp at ALD when it underwent LC der. Trn was stranded for 1-1.5 hrs or so. N it departed at 23:30 after arriving at 22:15

2 hrs approx at Tundla outer. Okha Varanasi express which used to run as Ahmedabad - Varanasi Summer Special before getting regularised !And again at Fatehpur for Rajdhani Gang to overtake it
