Construction of Years old Bhatni - Varanasi Connecting Line on West Side which was abandoned & New line took place on the Eastern End which was used by trains since years on BTT BSB Route but it created problem for CPR bound Godan Express , Lichhavi Etc cos they had to Undergo LocoReversal Process at Bhatni Jn.
Now Construction of this Western Bypass & Mainline for CPR trains will be very useful as Lichhavi & Godan express will Have no loco reversal at BTT therefore it will save...

much time for these trains & they will head towards cpr in less time , Secondly this is a bypass line too for BTT skipping trains from BSB & GKP Side as they will be directly switched to this bypass directly towards BSB Route instead of Skipping BTT Station which takes much time...
