spain, an accident occured in 2013 leading to death of 79 passengers due to driver talking on mobile phone and not seeing the speed restriction. He applied emergency brakes jus before derailment and could slow down the train to 192kmph only instead of slowing down the train to stipulated 80kmph on a curve.

We were lucky, there was no curve/ speed restriction in both the cases of negligence, else there could have been two major accidents within a single night. Shall IR take appropriate steps to prevent repetion of the similar negligences or shall wait for major accident to happen?

Thanks to automation in signalling and railway electrification, a possible accident of Samata Express was averted. Use of Automatic train operation should be explored, as almost all the BG network is planned for electrification.
